關於中華人民共和國商務部與海關總署公告2025年第10號,第18號和第57號之出口管制措施說明 Regarding the Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China Announcement No.10, No18 and No. 57 (2025) – Export Control on Rare Earth-Related Items

尊敬的客戶您好 Dear Valued Customers：

針對中華人民共和國商務部與海關總署於2025年發布之第10號,第18號和第57號公告（關於部分稀土相關物項實施出口管制的通知），本公司已於第一時間展開全面內部調查與供應鏈評估。

In response to the Announcement No.10, No.18 and No. 57 (2025) issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, concerning export controls on certain rare earth–related items, our company has promptly conducted a comprehensive internal review and supply chain assessment.

經確認，本公司所生產與出口之產品不包含公告中列入出口管制的稀土元素、化合物或其衍生物項目，亦不涉及任何需報批出口的受控技術或材料。
因此，目前所有產品的生產、出貨與交付計畫均不受該管制措施影響，維持正常進行。

We hereby confirm that our products do not contain any rare earth elements, compounds, or derivatives listed in the controlled items under this announcement, nor do they involve any regulated technologies or materials subject to export approval.
Accordingly, our production, shipment, and delivery schedules remain unaffected by this new regulation.
